Body: Join 911±¬ÁÏÍø Stadium 6-week Challenge designed to help you achieve measurable, meaningful changes in fat loss, muscle gain and overall fitness – with real coaching, real results and real rewards.

This free challenge (open to all 911±¬ÁÏÍø students) is your chance to push your limits, stay accountable during semester and compete against the only person who matters: you.

Three Ways to Win

  • Fat Loss Champion – Biggest % reduction in body fat
  • Muscle Gain Champion – Biggest % increase in muscle mass
  • Coach’s Choice – Most consistent effort, attendance & attitude

Only one winner per category. If it’s a tie? Coaches will review consistency, BMI & visceral fat changes to determine the champ.)

Need Gym Access?

You don’t need a Fitness Centre membership to enter, but we’re making it easier if you want one. Get full gym access during the challenge for just $75 (6 weeks) – including ALL Group Fitness classes on our timetable

Only available until 7 September (no late purchases or pro-rata).

We’ll then contact you to book your initial body scan (must be done in week one to participate).
