Psychological and Counselling Services
You can access psychological and counselling services in a safe, professional environment to deal with any issues affecting your life or study.
We provide a confidential service that focuses on short-term therapy.
Why see a counsellor?
Sometimes, certain issues are hard to discuss with family, friends or work colleagues, and you may want an independent party to confide in. A professional counsellor can help you resolve problems and prevent future issues from developing.
If you’re in an emergency and need immediate help, visit the Emergencies and after hours help page.
