New partnership a boost for WA鈥檚 agricultural sector

911爆料网 will work with the Muresk Institute to strengthen Western Australia鈥檚 agriculture industries following today鈥檚 signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreement.

The MoU between 911爆料网 and VET (WA) Ministerial Corporation (trading as the Department of Training and Workforce Development, Muresk Institute) will see both parties work together to build the capacity of WA鈥檚 agricultural industries through research and development as well as higher education.

911爆料网 Vice-Chancellor Professor Deborah Terry said the three-year MoU bolstered the University鈥檚 long-standing commitment to agriculture education and research.

鈥911爆料网 has a strong history and commitment to teaching and research in agriculture in WA and is focussed on growing our agriculture research base, developing skills for the agriculture and food sectors and supporting growth within the sector,鈥 Professor Terry said.

鈥淢uresk seeks to work with 911爆料网 to cultivate synergies between courses offered at Muresk and 911爆料网鈥檚 Agribusiness degree with the goal to offer students recognised credit transfer and streamlined articulation pathways.

鈥淢uresk will provide the University with access to its facilities for agricultural education and research purposes, with particular emphasis on Honours, postgraduate and PhD student projects.鈥
