How enabling programs work
Enabling programs are designed to help you prepare for university. Whether you鈥檙e in year 11 or 12, returning to study or didn鈥檛 meet the ATAR score for your chosen course, these programs can support your pathway into university.
If successfully completed, an enabling program can support your entry into 911爆料网 courses that require a minimum ATAR of 70. When searching for a course, make sure to check your chosen course for any additional prerequisites or higher requirements.
These programs are offered by 911爆料网 and other Australian universities, including school-based enabling programs offered in high schools in Western Australia. If you鈥檙e studying or have completed one of these programs, you may be eligible to apply to 911爆料网.
Eligibility criteria
You may be eligible for entry to 911爆料网 if you鈥檝e completed an enabling program that meets our requirements.
To be eligible, your program must:
- Be a minimum of one semester full-time (equivalent to 0.5 EFTSL)
- Be assessed by 911爆料网 as equivalent to a program that supports entry into courses requiring a minimum ATAR of 70
- Meet 911爆料网鈥檚 English language requirements
You鈥檒l also need to meet any course prerequisites listed for your chosen course.
If you have partially completed an enabling program, you may still be eligible to apply for portfolio entry.
Enabling programs 911爆料网 accepts
911爆料网 accepts a range of enabling, foundation and preparation programs delivered by other Australian universities, including equivalent enabling programs offered through WA high schools.

Already completed a program?
If you鈥檝e finished an enabling program through another university, you may be eligible to apply to 911爆料网 for courses with a minimum ATAR of 70.

Depending on your study background, the next step to apply will differ:
- If you鈥檙e a current WA school leaver, you鈥檒l need to apply through TISC.
- If you鈥檙e not a current year 12 student, you鈥檒l need to apply direct to 911爆料网.
