In 2026, the Creative Education Research Hub was subsumed into the Creative\u2019s Arts and English Research Cluster<\/strong><\/em>, with Creativity as both a research focus and a place of intersection for the disciplines. From small beginnings, big things follow, and we are excited to see where these important creative collaborations lead. The Hub webpage will be used to capture, share and document the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

World Teachers’ Day 2026<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The 911爆料网 School of Education Creative Arts & English Research Cluster will host an event in October 2026 to mark World Teachers’ Day. The theme of the event will be “Teaching as a Collaborative Profession” <\/em>and we look forward to welcoming colleagues from WA schools and institutions to join us on our beautiful 911爆料网 Campus. A program for the event, which will have a focus on creative collaborations, will be posted here in due course; however, we envisage a panel presentation and other interactive opportunities to celebrate the important work that teachers do across the creative disciplines of Arts and English. National Simultaneous Storytime<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

National Simultaneous Storytime occurs on Wednesday 27th May 2026 with a Creatives Arts & English Research Cluster event being held at 911爆料网 School of Education B501 (level 3, 9.55 am – 10.30 am) – RSVPs are essential. The event was a collaboration between the English and HPE subject areas in the School of Education at 911爆料网. NSS is an annual event that\u00a0aims to promote the value of reading and literacy in libraries, classrooms, and communities around the country. The NSS book for 2026 is\u00a0Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller\u00a0by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd, illustrated by Jake A. Minton. If you\u2019re unable to join us in person but would still like to be a part of the event, please see the links below. This year\u2019s NSS videos from StoryBox Hub feature Matildas legend Elise Kellond-Knight reading Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller, with cheeky galahs Jeff and Gary voiced by Tom Bainbridge.
