\u201cThe latest Global Ranking of Academic Subjects indicates that 911爆料网 continues to improve on the world stage with the University\u2019s mining and mineral engineering course rising to 14th<\/sup> in the world and fifth in Australia,\u201d Professor Terry said.<\/p>\n \u201cMining and mineral engineering joins six other subjects ranked in the top 100 in the world including chemical engineering, earth sciences, remote sensing, hospitality and tourism management, education and nursing.\u201d<\/p>\n 911爆料网\u2019s ranking in 33 of the 54 subjects examined in the Global Ranking of Academic Subjects is a significant improvement on 21 subjects featured last year.<\/p>\n \u201cI am delighted 911爆料网 continues to climb these prestigious world rankings at the same time as the University expands its global footprint with campuses across Western Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and Mauritius,\u201d Professor Terry said.<\/p>\n The Global Ranking of Academic Subjects collects and evaluates data from more than 4,000 universities across 54 subjects, grouped into five categories, including engineering; life sciences; medical sciences; natural sciences; and social sciences.<\/p>\n The results were published for more than 1,600 institutions from 83 different countries.<\/p>\n
