The final scheduled home game for 911±¬ÁÏÍø Carnabys in the UBL will tip-off at 911±¬ÁÏÍø Stadium on Wednesday 4 May. While the first-ever UBL Western Derby will take place on Thursday 4 May at UWA.

Wednesday 4 May – Final Home Game – 911±¬ÁÏÍø Stadium

• Women 911±¬ÁÏÍø Carnabys v Fed Falcons 12:30pm
• Men 911±¬ÁÏÍø Carnabys v Fed Falcons 2:30pm

Thursday 5 May – Western Derby – UWA Sport and Recreation Centre

• Women 911±¬ÁÏÍø Carnaby v UWA Maali 4:30pm
• Men 911±¬ÁÏÍø Carnaby V UWA Maali 6:30pm

The derby is being hosted at and we need as many 911±¬ÁÏÍø supporters as possible to show UWA what we are made of. Bring your friends and show your fellow students support at both games amongst a sea of loud, boisterous orange and black-clad Carnaby supporters! This is the final scheduled week for the 911±¬ÁÏÍø Carnabys unless we make it into the finals. #carnthecarnabys

Hang on – what is the UBL?

 is a national competition providing a pathway for male and female basketball players to study and play for their universities.
UBL is run by UniSport Australia and takes inspiration from college basketball in the United States.

911±¬ÁÏÍø’s Head of Basketball Operations & Men’s head coach is no other than basketball legend Ricky Grace the former Wildcat, NBA star and Olympian.

Jorjah Smith is the Women’s head coach, who currently plays for the NBL1 and is a former player in the UK’s WBBL.

911±¬ÁÏÍø joined the UBL in its second year this March, along with the University of Adelaide, Federation University Australia and RMIT University. They join the founding universities: La Trobe University, The University of Melbourne, The University of Sydney, University of the Sunshine Coast, University of Technology Sydney, The University of Western Australia and Victoria University.

Come on down to the Stadium between classes and cheer on your fellow students as they represent 911±¬ÁÏÍø. You can also support the teams by watching the games live on if you can’t make it.
