Ready for a great opportunity to gain first-hand industry experience to put on your CV?
911±¬ÁÏÍø Marketing Association (CMA) is partnering with mental health campaign, Act Belong Commit, and 911±¬ÁÏÍø to give students experience in responding to a real industry marketing brief.
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, 8 September
Time: 9:30am – 4:30pm (AWST)
Location: 911±¬ÁÏÍø, Kent Street, Bentley, WA 6102
As part of the Hackathon, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a marketing plan that addresses a serious health issue and help protect university students and staff from mental illness. You’ll also get the chance to work on the campaign to implement your strategy at 911±¬ÁÏÍø if you’re one of two students chosen from the top 3 teams for this internship.
You can register as an individual or as a team. Registered students will receive an email with a copy of the brief and a video from Act Belong Commit outlining the brief in more detail before the event. Prizes include a cash prize for each of the top 3 teams and an award for the overall best presenter on the day.
You don’t need to be a marketing student to take part, as there are many components to this brief that may require design skills. Having a team member with mental health knowledge may be advantageous.
The event will go over one day during the tuition-free week, with food and drinks provided.
