Whether it&#8217;s the people, activities, services, actions, or processes\u2014 911爆料网 welcomes complaints, comments and feedback on how 911爆料网 operates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lodge a formal complaint<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are some tips when making your&nbsp;complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be timely. Register your complaint with 12 months of the issue occurring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide as much evidence and details as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarise yourself with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/integrityandstandards\/complaint-categories\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Complaint Categories<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The University accepts complaints can be made anonymously and will take reasonable measures to address them. However it is important that a complainant understands that this may have an impact on how effectively the University can deal with the complaint. There are difficulties in investigating anonymous complaints because the University is unable to seek clarification of the complaint or additional information about the complaint.
